Are you looking to develop yourself during your internship period? And get a well-rounded experience within the world of Talent & Culture? We might be able to help each other grow. We are looking for a Talent & Culture Intern to join our People department, and help us guarantee the best work environment for expats. As our T&C intern, you help ensure employee happiness and maintain the culture and WOW experience at a high level. Your goal is to attract, inspire, and retain our international talent and help them flourish in our high performance culture.
- Minimum period of 5 months
- Full time internship of 39 hours a week (Monday-Friday)
- Working at our office close by the center of Valencia
- Intern stipend provided

- Co-creating initiatives to attract new employees, promoting an inspirational work environment through developmental processes, and retaining employees through our wow culture
- Guarantees all employee data is up-to-date and that all employees are provided with necessary information about working at weWow and in Spain
- Assist T&C and L&D with the onboarding process of new hires to make it fun, interactive, and informative
- Ensure employee happiness through co-organizing events, team building activities, and educational talks
- Keeping track of birthdays, anniversaries, and special dates
- Co-design employee development plans and recognition initiatives to ensure employee engagement and motivation
- Help assist in general Human Resources tasks such as employee administration, recruitment, and offboarding
- Be a real ambassador continuously promoting the wow culture

- You are currently enrolled in a bachelor or masters program in the field of HR, organizational psychology, or another related field
- You speak English fluently and preferably have experience working within an international environment
- You are an enthusiastic and proactive student who can come up with creative new initiatives
- Extensive knowledge of theoretical frameworks for employee engagement, motivation, and retention
- The ability to think out of the box and wow our team at all times
