**your purpose**

Your goal-oriented mindset helps you navigate which skills, qualities, and personalities are the best fit for weWow and will help reach our overall goal: WOW our customers. You have a great commercial mindset, understanding the current trends in recruitment, and with your creativity you can create out-of-the-box and extraordinary events, postings, or designs to attract new weWowe’rs. You are a true representation of the weWow DNA and are an active member of the WOW team.

Key responsibilities
- Share new creative input for overall recruiting strategy together with our People and Culture department
- Develop BARS assessment tools for selection processes to create objective data in the hiring process
- Build a recruitment pipeline with customer experience specialists of different nationalities
- Co-develop recruitment materials and campaigns with our content specialist; post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges, creative campaigns and recruitment events, etc.

- You are currently enrolled in the WOP-P master program
- You speak English fluently and preferably have experience working within an international environment
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video/interview/phone/reference check)
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- The ability to think out of the box and Wow our applicants

**the internship**:

- Minimum period of 5 months
- Full time internship of 39 hours a week (Monday-Friday)
- Working at our office close by the center of Valencia
- €250;
- euros gross per month student stipend
- Reporting to Talent Acquisition Specialist
