Nuestra empresa cliente, una compañía líder en el sector hotelero y turístico con una fuerte presencia a nivel internacional. En esta ocasión, están en búsqueda de un/a Talent Acquisition Specialist para unirse al equipo de Recursos Humanos.

¿Qué harás?

- Gestionar los procesos de reclutamiento y selección, atrayendo el mejor talento para nuestra compañía.

- Colaborar en programas de desarrollo de talento, diseñando itinerarios formativos.

- Participar en nuestro proyecto de prácticas a nivel internacional, coordinando convenios con universidades y asistiendo a ferias de empleo.

- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los sistemas de evaluación, acogida y salida de los empleados.

¿A quién buscamos?

- Titulación en Psicología, Relaciones Laborales, Recursos Humanos, ADE o similar.

- Experiencia de 2-3 años en reclutamiento y selección, idealmente en entornos dinámicos como ETT o consultoría.

- Valorable experiencia en gestión de convenios con universidades y participación en eventos de empleo.

- Conocimiento de herramientas de reclutamiento y software de gestión de talento.

- Inglés avanzado para interactuar con talento internacional.
