**What do you have to do?**
- Lead the customer service team to keep customer satisfaction high
- Analyze information, document and create new action plans to complete objectives
- Monitor work to improve processes in collaboration with the specialist
- Build communication bridge between head office and employees
- Working in shifts spread across different working days
- Maintain company values within the team

**What do we expect of you?**
- Sufficient English language skills as well as an English CV
- College or university degree in HR Management, Business Management or similar
- 1+ year(s) of experience as a Management professional and experience in customer service work is a plus
- Flexible and enthusiastic attitude to motivate, inspire and encourage team members to develop themselves further
- Problem solving and communication skills
- Technical skills (experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite and CRM tools)
