An innovative marketing company is in search of an experienced SEA team leader to become the Head of the SEA/PPC team and team leader for their exciting new project
Based in the beautiful city of Valencia, your task will be to develop and lead a global multinational team specialised in paid campaigns, this is an incredible opportunity to be part of an ambitious new project, and to showcase your talent in an international environment which fuels creativity.
The project consists of the development of a new agency-for-agencies. In other words, our client is developing the first performance marketing white label in Europe which will offer performance marketing services to other European agencies in an innovative, agile and efficient way.
The Head of SEA/PPC will perform crucial analyses to create a strategies to tackle the various problems the agency clients are facing. Together with your team of international talents, you will execute these strategies in close cooperation with the project managers.
- KEY FUNCTIONS*
- Develop and execute SEA strategy for international clients
- Analyse client's opportunities to grow and think about solutions to boost them
- Cooperate with SEO and Technical Departments
- Identify and implement PPC best practices
- Monitor and feedback on the performance of clients

- 5 years of demonstrable experience as SEA/PPC team lead in a marketing consultancy firm
- English is a must. Any other European language is a plus.
- Experience leading and developing a team

- Self driven, and with the ability to motivate others
- Ambitious with a growth mindset
- Excellent communication skills
