Buscamos un perfil que pueda ofrecer capacidades de supervisión del rendimiento de las aplicaciones, basadas en Dynatrace. Varios nuevos despliegues están previstos a corto y medio plazo para mejorar la calidad del servicio dentro de AXA.

Mientras tanto, se está llevando a cabo una migración de Dynatrace Managed (on premise) a Dynatrace SaaS que requiere dar soporte a los equipos de producto de las aplicaciones.

Descripción del servicio:

- Realización de actividades de onboarding de Dynatrace.
- Apoyo al administrador de la plataforma Dynatrace en la configuración de la herramienta.
- Realizar actividades de operaciones en la plataforma de monitorización de Dynatrace.
- Contribuir a evaluar las necesidades de monitorización.
- Apoyo a los usuarios finales en el uso de Dynatrace.
- Elaboración de material de formación para la monitorización de aplicaciones.

Tareas:

- Scripts de configuración.
- Scripts sintéticos de monitorización.
- Análisis del entorno de TI.
- Cuadros de mando de supervisión.
- Documentos de diseño de bajo nível.
- Documentos de formación
- Experiência:

- Experiência en Dynatrace (Avanzada).
- Gestión de código con github.
- Haber trabajado en un contexto de dominio del inglés (obligatorio).
- Experiência en codificación (puppet y python).
- Experiência en red básica para soportar y depurar la conectividad de red para Dynatrace One Agents.

Experiência adicional:

- Elastic Stack.
- IaC.
