Minimum requirements
- REQUIRED COMPETENCIES.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good knowledge of TIBCO BusinessWorks, iProcess and EMS
- Experience in managing thin and thick clients for Staffware using TIBCO iProcess Modeler and case management.
- Performance of root cause analysis and severity analysis of Pre and Production issues.
- Deployment of Pre-Production and Production procedures and staging through export / import of iProcess library files.
- Experience in support and administration of multiple TIBCO administration domains and multiple TIBCO BW integrations (BW 5.X & BW 6.x) deployed in the domains.
- Management of SNOW incidents and change requests.

and stability and coordination with the different teams.
- Involved in logging, monitoring and statistics installations to effectively view system activities and track system performance using SNOW, Dynatrace & confluence.
- Supporting weekend release activities.
- Experience working with UNIX commands.
