MISSION
- Plan and carry out the validation of the products, developed in the engineering area, ensuring that the appropriate procedures and specifications are applied that guarantee the satisfactory execution of the tests.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS
- Plan the tests that form the required validation plan.
- Keep the samples to be validated and label them to guarantee their traceability during the validation
- Reserve the necessary equipment (climatic chambers, ovens, etc.) for the correct performance of the tests.
- Carry out the tests following the customer's specifications.
- Manage the schedule of the plan validation ensuring that it meets the timing required by the project.
- Analyze the results derived from the tests, draw conclusions and make the corresponding reports.
- Guarantee the management and registration of test documentation and save the analyzed samples.
- Participate actively in the preparation of the quotes together with the Laboratory Supervisor.
- Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
- Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

**Academic background**: Professional training in Electricity and Electronics, design in Mechanical or Automotive Manufacturing or bachelor in Engineering.

**Languages**: Fluent local language & Fluent English (spoken and written)

**Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in a similar position.
