MISSION
Take responsibility to ensure a continuous satisfied level of quality of Software Releases, work products and software development process within the Business Units. To lead and introduce changes and improvements on procedures and instructions related to SW development process into the organization.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS

Perform Milestone checks during a release cycle and judge the quality of the release.

Guarantee that Quality processes (SPICE, ISO 26262 (ASIL), Polyspace, Misra, etc) are followed and implemented in time

Communicate, coach and support development and test teams/individuals on quality related items.

Create, maintain and conduct training sessions on processes and procedures.

Encourage the employees to use the appropriate directives for SW development.

Analyse and report on Software Metrics.

Perform SW supplier audits based on project demands.

Assist in customer audits (Mainly SPICE audits) when requested.

Initiate and monitor escalation activities when needed.

Produce and present Quality reports.

Encourage the employees to file relevant Lessons Learned and close the learning cycles by driving the Lesson Learned process.

Monitor and report on the performance of SW suppliers including SW incoming quality control.

Participate with the analysis and elicitation of process quality requirements.

Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.

Lead the team, guaranteeing its effectiveness, development and motivation, fostering Ficosa's values.

Provide the team with the necessary means to comply with OHSE rules, ensuring they are properly used.

Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

**Academic background**:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mainly in computer science, telecommunications or electronics

**Languages**:
Fluent English (written and spoken)

**Experience**:
Minimum of 5 years in a similar position

**Travel**:
Willing to travel

**Additional training**:
Ficosa Design Handbook - C Code Style, Doors, State Machines, Automotive SW Development according SPICE, JIRA...), (FDS/IDS, Problem Solving, FMEA...). Design Knowledge on embedded software development, processor SW programming, (Autosar ), Functional Safety (ISO-26262) regarding Software Development, comfortable in dealing with complex, abstract or vague problems, ability to lead an organization change, excellent oral & written communication skills, good understanding of internal organization
