As a People and Culture Intern, you will assist in developing engaging and interactive training materials, support the hiring process and be part of developing our employer branding program.

Here’s what you will do...
- Assist with the design of materials for our amazing employer brand.
- Support the creation of digital (vlog/video) content for the internal and external channels.
- Manage & build Employer Brand via external sites (IE: Glassdoor, Linkedin, comparably, etc)
- Support ESG activities via collaboration and relevant content
- Contribute to Internal Communications content, as part of culture & engagement strategies
- Research cross-channel web/social media trends for implementation
- Assist with HR administration and recruitment processes
- Support with training delivery, follow up on attendance and update training tracking records.
- Collaborate with other project team members to bring our amazing brand to life.
- Learn how to hire and onboard our teams while you support our end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Support with the HR Audit, ensuring the files of employees are kept and maintained properly as per the legal requirements.
- Update HRIS on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

You will be assigned your own projects and collaborate with other project team members on various people and culture programs. Follow up on progress and assist in the development of each program.

This is a 3 months opportunity that will suit someone with the following skills and interests;
- Currently studying or recently completed BA (Human Resources, Psychology, Instructional Design or similar)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks;
- Attention to detail and creative skills;
- Speak and write fluently in English and preferably one other language (Spanish or German);
- Self-starter who shows initiative;
- Passionate about making a real difference to student lives;
- Passionate about people’s development and growth.

Desirable
- Basic video editing skills
- Creative
- Microsoft Office skills specifically Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, and Excel
- Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Camtasia, and Canva.
