Tradebe is hiring a **SuccessFactors Lead** to join our Global IT People department and be part of the digital transformation of the people function across Tradebe. Who will be part of the transformation HR processes as an expert of SFSF, delivering robust solutions in base of the planned prioritization.

The position will report to the Global IT People Manager and it will be based in our headquarters in Sant Joan Despí being part of a team of IT professionals that are passionate about digitalization and improving employee experience through technology

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with the Global HR team to maintain and enhance SuccessFactors functionality and capability within the goals of the Global HR Transformation Portfolio and IT strategy.
- Support the Global IT People Manager in building the roadmap for HR Transformation, normally related to a Business Case including cost/benefit analysis, risk assessments, project scope, and development of a high-level plan.
- Participate on implementation projects for SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring IT deliverables are clearly articulated and deployed. You will also perform quality review checks on project IT deliverables including system configuration, role-based permissions, integrations, data, and system security assessments.
- Investigate and assess technical issues related to our HR platform and manage each case to a successful resolution, working in conjunction with other IT colleagues and directly with internal customers where necessary.

**Requirements**:

- University degree.
- Experience of 3-4 years as SuccessFactors consultant.
- SuccessFactors expert in 1 or more modules such as Employee Central, Variable Pay, Performance, Goals, Compensation, Succession, Development, and Learning.
- Technical knowledge on integrations with SuccessFactors.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Valuable other languages (Deutsch, France, Italian)
- International mindset, eager to work with different countries and cultures.
- Result and service-oriented, persistent, proactive, and capable of driving things forward on challenging situations.
- High intercultural awareness, real team player, and open-minded attitude.
- Working experience in a multicultural environment and used to work with virtual teams.

**Valuable**:

- Project Management.
- Experience with SAP Cloud Platform integrations is a plus.
- ITIL Certification.
- Other solutions: digital signature, enterprise content management, and other solution around SFSF.
