**INTRODUCTION**
At the Strategy, Digital and Commercial Excellence team we shape the future of Health, Nutrition & Care (HNC) through bold strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Strategy & Transformation Manager, who will shape and steer HNC’s strategic initiatives to drive growth, re-shape the business and deliver strategic ambitions. You will act as key point of contact and enabler of such initiatives, mobilizing the organization to achieve the expected impact or to solve complex strategic problems, closely working with other functions, global teams and other Business Units as well as HNC’s senior leadership

** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Transformation and program management: steer strategic transformation projects (incl. M&A) towards a timely delivery of the expected impact, mobilizing the organization as needed and acting as single point of contact to assure alignment, smooth execution and effective problem solving and issue management.
- Strategic planning: contribute to shaping the strategic plan and the underlying growth and profitability workstreams and initiatives, in close collaboration with the Strategy team, senior leadership and functional and regional leaders.
- Analytics and reporting: co-design and build (jointly with the Digital team) and own tracking and impact indicators and reporting tools linked to the different strategic and transformation initiatives.
- Stakeholder management and communication: actively engage with different stakeholders affected by or contributing to strategic initiatives (e.g., senior leadership, sponsors, functional leaders, regional contributors, other BUs); clearly communicate actions, proposed solutions and trade-offs.
- Change management: orchestrate cross-functional change management initiatives to assure effective and lasting impact of the transformations.

** YOU BRING**
- University degree with a technical or business background.
- 2-4 years’ experience working in a top-tier consulting firm and/or corporate strategy in a fast-paced international environment; expertise in chemical, pharmaceutical, ingredient industries, or other B2B industries is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, with disciplined execution and project management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to embrace complex strategic problems with innovative solutions, while being pragmatic and adopting an agile way of working with multiple stakeholders.
- Outstanding executive communication skills
- Fluent English, written and spoken
