We are now loooking for a** Strategy & Transformation Manager**to join our **Transformation**team. The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Lead and drive the implementation of strategic cross-functional projects which can be developed at Regional or Country level (e.g. Strategic Plans, Transformational growth projects, efficiency plans, M&A&D project, etc.).
- Identify and analyse transformational opportunities impacting GBfoods Europe divisions and developing and implementing required action plans (investment, acquisitions, organic development, etc.).
- Supervise and actively participate in the preparation of presentation materials and solidly present and defend them within senior forums.

**Requirements**:
- 5-7 years of experience in top tier Strategic Consulting (ideally combined with business management experience, MBA welcome)
- Proficiency fluency in English
- Great project leadership skills (hands on person)
- Structured person with solid problem solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel when required (~20%, it may vary substantially depending on the project)
