One more year, we have been named Top Employer in 2023.We are seeking highly motivated professionals interested in developing their career in Management Consulting to join our Finance Strategy & Transformation practice.As part of our team, you will drive the CFO transformational agenda, helping our clients to revisit their operating strategy, streamline their processes, and boost their analytical capabilities. Our portfolio services include engagements such as operating models assessment, design and deployment, global transformation programs management, process reengineering and digitalization, enterprise performance management models definition, and more. You will work closely with our clients from the envisioning and conceptualization of target models and solutions to their actual implementation, supporting them throughout the journey and contributing to their effective business transformation through different levers: processes, organization, technology, governance and management models.Your roleAs Consulting Manager, you will advise top-level companies to shape and steer their finance transformation strategies, ensuring successful execution and maximizing value.You will be in charge of leading and overseeing project delivery in our client engagements, guiding and supervising a team of multidisciplinary high‑performing professionals and managing day‑to‑day project relations with the client, guaranteeing quality and timeliness in the handover, as well as client satisfaction with services rendered.Additionally, you will contribute to the practice development, playing a pivotal role in creation of new offerings, proposals and commercial approaches.Your backgroundBachelor’s degreein Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or equivalent. MBA or MSc in Management or Finance are a plus.At least 5 years ofexperience in management consulting (strategy & operations) . Client‑side experience in strategy, organization, project management and finance functions are valuable.Priorexperience on leadership roles , commanding high‑performing teams through strategic projects.Sound knowledge of market‑leading IT solutions(SAP, Anaplan, Workiva, Servicenow…)and cutting‑edge technologies(Generative AI/ML, IPA/RPA, iBPM, Process Mining…) are highly desirable.Fluent in English and Spanish , with international exposure. Other languages are a plus.What we expectSoundknowledge of finance and back‑office business processes(order to cash, procure to pay, record to report,…).Deepunderstanding of finance concepts and business performance metrics , and their impact in the Financial Statements.Excellentanalytical and interpersonal skills . Able to effectively communicate complex ideas and issues to different interlocutors.Aquality‑drivenprofessional, with accuracy and attention to detail.Client and results orientation .Aproactive ,autonomousandcommittedcontributor.Ateam player .
