The Head of People & Culture is responsible for managing the People & Culture team and executing HR strategy in line with business needs and priorities. P&C ensures attracting and growing the human capital that is critical to the company’s future, supporting organisational and behavioural change in line with our vision and strategic ambition. Furthermore, translating and implementing NN Group policies, local and international legislation and regulations.

He/ She will work closely with CHRO to develop, coordinate, integrate and consistently implement HR programs and key processes.
- Master’s Degree
- Experienced HR professional
- Preferably with 3-5 management experience
- People orientation
- High fluency in English

**Responsibilities**:

- Manages the P&C team on execution of the HR strategy
- Drives strategic HR agenda: Performance management, Talent management, Compensation, Benefits, Training & development (upskilling and reskilling) and Recruitment.
- Responsible for basic HR processes, such as payroll, HR administration (Workday) and reporting
- Implements cultural change initiatives, co-creating a culture of learning, transparency, collaboration, customer centricity and execution.
- Conducts strategic workforce planning activities in line with business strategy and NN Group approach.
- Keeps HR policies up to date
- Manages the relationship between employer and works council.
- Leverages internal resources and external vendors to achieve results
- Responsible for HR expenses, assigns and prioritises resources and look for ways to optimise costs.
- Stays relevant with HR industry trends and promote news ways of working
