**Mission**:
The main mission of this job is to provide support to Eurofragance users, resolve technical incidents at the Facilities in Spain and support the subsidiaries, register them and carry out the correct follow-up until their resolution. In addition to the supervision and management of all the company's systems, infrastructure and security.
**Functions**:
- Maintain and monitor the company's network and computer systems.
- Configure and manage servers, network devices, and storage systems.
- Identify and resolve network and system problems.
- Software installation and update.
- Implement security measures to protect the company's network and systems.
- Keep technical documentation related to the network and systems up to date.
- User support - Help Desk.
- Registration and management of incidents.
**Educational Background**:
- Currently studying a degree on IT, Systems, Communications or Cybersecurity.
- Spanish: native/high
- English: Intermediate
**Key Knowledge**
Knowledge in office window package.
No experience required.
**Specific**
Results oriented, able to work autonomously.
Proactive person.
