**The role**
We are looking for a **Supply Chain Trainee** to work with the simplification and standardization initiatives for all delivery functions, including transportation, customs, distribution, and freight cost management.
**The tasks**:
As a trainee your main tasks will be the following:
- Analyse, understand and adapt ethical and responsible attitudes and behaviour to professional practice.
- Work in a team, help to maintain and develop a professional and pleasant atmosphere.
- Inventory control and management (procedures, minimum stock, fore cast, surplus...)
- Support the planning and the organisation of consumption in the production supply chain.
- Learn about the planning of purchases (models, rhythms, agreements, contracts for individuals/individuals).
- Execution of purchases.
- Contact and management with the supplier in the associated activities.
- Search and selection of new suppliers
- You are a student of a degree or master's degree, such as business, economics or engineering.
- If you have experience working with clients it will be considered a plus.
- Organisational skills and very effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Be a problem solver and a results-oriented person.
- Speak and write English very well and have the ability to work in international teams.
- Effective PC skills, with an emphasis on Excel.
