**Who you are**:

- Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning processes or a related field.
- Extensive experience with SAP ERP (S/4 Hana) and Advanced Planning Systems, preferably within the Life Sciences industry.
- Proven track record in managing solutions and implementations within multi-systems ERP/APS landscapes.
- Experience in leading small teams and utilizing change control methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
- Ability to support the strategic design and development of ERP template solutions.
