We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time IT Trainee to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting field of artificial intelligence. As a trainee, you will collaborate with our IT professionals throughout various phases of AI projects.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Assist in developing and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance LLM responses with accurate, up-to-date information from company knowledge bases
- Build and maintain AI agents using frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen, enabling automated task completion and workflow orchestration
- Support the implementation of prompt engineering techniques and fine-tuning strategies to improve LLM performance for specific business use cases
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and implement traditional machine learning models (e.g., classification, clustering) to complement LLM capabilities and provide comprehensive AI solutions
**Who are you**
- Currently studying a Master's or Bachelor's in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields.
- Availability for a minimum of 5 hours per day in the morning or full-time, and at least 6 months.
- Possess an advanced level of English (B2 at least)
- Ability to multitask at a good pace within a demanding environment.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly as soon as they are introduced.
