Desde Sandav Consultores estamos en búsqueda de un/a Customer Management para proyecto de 6 meses de duración. De trata de un cliente nuestro ubicado en Madrid, en la zona de Alcobendas con modalidad híbrida de trabajo (Lunes y Viernes teletrabajo y Martes, Miércoles y Jueves trabajo presencial en las oficinas del cliente).
Buscamos perfiles Junior a partir de 1 - 2 años de experiência en un puesto similar.
La función principal será:
- Ser el responsable de construir y mantener relaciones con el cliente e impulsar la estrategia de la compañía.
- Responsable de la planificación estratégica para cumplir con los volúmenes de trabajo y garantizar que se cumplan con los compromisos y con objetivos relacionados con el cumplimiento de objetivos financieros, de clientes.
- El contacto frecuente con el cliente externo es una parte clave de esta función.
Se requiere aportar experiência en:
- Gestionar la prestación de servicios y los informes de alto nível en varios equipos operativos, así como construir y mejorar una relación mutuamente beneficiosa.
- Gestionar pedidos/fallos de productos/servicios, complejos o consultas técnicas y/o relaciones propias y complejas con los clientes.
Se ofrece:
- Proyecto temporal de 6 meses de duración.
- Modalidad de trabajo: híbrida (Lunes y Viernes teletrabajo y Martes, Miércoles y Jueves trabajo presencial en las oficinas del cliente en Alcobendas).
- Horario: L-J: 8, 5 horas; viernes 6,5 horas. Horario flexible en la entrada entre las 8-9:00 aprox.
- Salario: 25.000€ - 27.000€ / brutos anuales (en función de la experiência aportada).
