**Job Description**:
**What you’ll do**
The People Function consists of four key domains: Leadership, Strategy & Programs, Business HR, and Centers of Excellence (Reward & Talent) and People Operations. It’s designed to attract, nurture, and retain colleagues while implementing the People Strategy.
Within Business HR, the People Business Partners align business objectives with people solutions, and combine business and financial expertise with a focus on people. Acting as change agents, they partner with and advise the business, enabling Adevinta to perform and grow sustainably. You’ll also foster cross-functional collaboration within and outside the People function to deliver optimal people solutions to the business.
**Key responsibilitiesKey activities of the People Business Partner**:
- Drive change and support business transformation at Adevinta from a people perspective
- Cultivate strategic partnerships and offer consultancy services for business leaders to contribute to the development and implementation of the People Strategy for your functions
- Support the talent agenda and ensure effective delivery and execution of high-performing, people-focused HR services and People Strategy
- and facilitate integration of Center of Excellence products, services, and platforms.
- Take ownership of talent management strategies and plans for your business area
- Foster a creative and collaborative workforce and champion a world-class employee experience in a multicultural organisation
- Provide leadership and development coaching to business leaders in collaboration with Talent CoE team member.

- Be dData-driven, with knowledge of relevant success metrics in HR
- Have a dDeep understanding of talent management and succession processes with excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Be pProactive and solution-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international, and evolving work environment;
- Be fFluent in English (both written and verbal); knowledge of German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian, or other European languages is a plus.
