What you’ll do & Who you are

The role is open in any of our hubs (either Paris, Barcelona, Amsterdam or Berlin depending on the location of the new hire).

As the People Business Partner for Finance & Enabling Functions (PBP), you will play a crucial role in designing and driving the People Agenda for your areas, working alongside a passionate team of Senior Finance and enabling functions leaders across Europe.

What you’ll do:
Working closely with our People Centers of Excellence and People Operations, you will be responsible for delivering key people programs and processes, from talent and compensation reviews to organizational design and employee relations engagement. As a catalyst for positive change, you will partner with Senior finance and enabling functions Leaders across Europe to build effective leadership teams and transform the organization into a unified, global finance team. You will also contribute to our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging agenda, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone has equal opportunities to thrive.- Translating business strategy and Finance priorities into the strategic people agenda- Enhancing people management practices and leadership effectiveness through continuous feedback and coaching- Driving the people side of the company's transformation end-to-end, including organizational design, change management, employee representative engagement, and establishing a global and collaborative mindset- Driving compensation cycles that ensure transparency, consistency, and fairness- Partnering with Senior Finance leaders to ensure effective talent management and succession planning- Advising leaders on significant employee relations matters and engaging with works councils or employee representation partiesWho you are:
- You have 8+ years of experience acting as Senior People Business Partner across geographies and in the TECH industry- You have experience in
