Functional Senior HRBP (Global Payroll)Serve as strategic advisor and partner with senior leadership teams of Global Payroll organization, supporting leaders and employees distributed across international GP locations.This role demands a deep understanding of business dynamics, cultural and regional labor law nuances, to drive organizational effectiveness and talent optimization in an international environment while ensuring local adaptation and global consistency.The role partners with functional leaders to align people strategies with business goals, fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring compliance and inclusivity across geographies. This role requires thriving in ambiguity, leveraging data insights, and championing employee experience on a global/ regional scale.Main ResponsibilitiesEnsures a high level of organizational effectiveness through ongoing strength based associate development, organizational design, analysis and change management, talent assessments, leadership development and succession planning.Be the agent of our ADP culture within the function, translating company values into local actions and practices that enhance employee experience across geographies.Partners with business leaders and finance partners to architect and drive workforce planning processes for the global function, anticipating future talent#J-18808-Ljbffr
