**QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO**

Como **IT Project Manager in Finance and Capital Banking Projects **, tu objetivo será contribuir a la definición técnica de los procesos de negocio del dominio, y su aterrizaje en forma de sistemas. Todo ello compatible con la búsqueda de soluciones innovadoras, que faciliten la labor del día a día de los usuarios.

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

- Definir el flujo global de los procesos /datos del dominio y su relación con los sistemas.
- Aterrizar los requerimientos de negocio a los squad y equipos de tecnología en forma de historias de usuario: Creación de diseños innovadores y escalables, capaces de ser reutilizados
- Realizar y ejecutar planes de prueba, tanto pruebas integradas como de usuario. Dirección y coordinación de paralelos.
- Participar en la estrategia tecnológica del dominio: Migración de productos a la cloud pública.
- Trabajar en metodología Agile / Scrum.

EXPERIENCIA
- +4 años de experiência como Project Manager, Scrum Master o similares.

EDUCACIÓN
- Licenciatura superior, preferentemente en Economía y Finanzas.

HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS
- Experiência en proyectos de tecnología: Sistemas de información de gestión, liquidez, capital, regulatorio, riesgos.
- Conocimiento de arquitecturas y de implantación Back End.
- Gestión de métricas, equipos y lineamientos de proyectos.
- Conocimientos en metodología Agile (Scrum preferentemente)
- Valorable: conocimientos funcionales en productos financieros SCIB.
- Inglés Alto (B2)
