**SCIB **is looking for a Structured Finance - Infraestructure & Transportation VP, based in our Boadilla del Monte office.**

The Transportation team is the front office origination and execution team covering structured finance transactions dealing with transportation assets in the sectors of aviation, shipping, rolling stock and mobility.

The main role will be to lead from end-to-end structured finance transactions ranging from secured debt, lease solutions or fleet financing structures.

Business development (identification investment opportunities, feasibility and profitability assessment, preparation and negotiation of the corresponding financing proposals for clients) will be an essential part of the job description as well as managing the internal approval process and executing such transactions.

Need for a highly motivated team player, able to work with tight deadlines and managing different projects in parallel.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Support with business origination activities.
- Conduct project analysis (status, debt structure, shareholder structure, valuations, etc.)
- Conduct financial analysis for prospect clients.
- Develop and operate complex financial models, ensuring they accurately reflect transaction terms and due diligence, running sensitivity analysis, and adjusting as deals evolve
- Lead internal credit processes
- Coordinate due diligence activities (Data Room Management, advisors’ coordination)
- Review and negotiate transaction legal documentation

EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years experience in structured finance.
- Previous experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Strategic Consulting and/or Project Finance
- Knowledge of the mobility markets and clean technologies will be valued.
- Venture capital experience will be valued.

EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance or Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or Engineering.
- MBA will be valued.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Other languages valued: French, German, and Italian
- Financial skills (valuation, cash flow, hedging, etc.) and modelling skills will be valued. Skilled in numerical analysis and in solving mathematical and logical problems
- Seasoned in Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Word
- Methodical person
- Communication and organizational skills
