***Senior Observability & Monitoring Engineer***:

**What You Will Do**
- Design, implement, and operate the observability stack (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic, OpenTelemetry, BMC Helix) for market platforms
- Build reusable monitoring templates and alerting rules to accelerate onboarding of new services
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure monitoring coverage and actionable alerting
- Drive improvements in incident detection, root-cause analysis, and operational resilience through observability
- Act as a liaison with infrastructure and security teams for platform upgrades, integrations, and compliance
- Document standards and contribute to continuous improvement of monitoring practices

**What You Bring**
- Proven extensive experience in observability and monitoring for critical or high-availability systems
- Hands-on expertise with tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic / ELK, OpenTelemetry, or BMC Helix
- Solid understanding of metrics, logs, traces, alerting, and SLO/SLA design
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD)
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with developers and operators
- Proactive, communicative team player with a focus on operational excellence
- Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written), with ability to work in an international environment
