**Como Rent a Car Agent de la oficina de Hertz Estacion de Tren de Alicante, serás responsable de**:

- Asesorar y **cuidar** de manera personalizada al cliente, aportando valor añadido a su “rental journey”.
- Gestionar reservas y formalizar contratos de alquiler de la flota de vehículos.
- Promover servicios y productos adicionales al alquiler del vehículo que mejor se ajusten a las necesidades de cada cliente.
- Entrega y control de devolución de vehículos.

Para un optimo desempeño del puesto, tendras una formaciónn inicial remunerada.

Tu fecha de incorporación es el
**24 de junio**, con contrato indefinido parcial.

Jornada laboral de 24 horas a la semana, trabajando en un horario de fin de semana con dos semanas tipo:
SEMANA 1: VI: 13:00-21:00; SA y DO 10:00-18:00

SEMANA 2: SA y DO 10:00-18:00; LU: 13:00; 21:00

Requisitos Obligatorios:
**¿Qué necesitas para comenzar tu viaje en Hertz?**
- Pasión por las ventas y la atención al cliente.
- Buen nível de Inglés, valorando otros idiomas.
- Grado en Turismo o Ciclo Superior de Grado Formativo relacionado con el sector Hospitaly.
- Habilidad para priorizar y tomar decisiones de manera eficiente.
- Carnet de conducir B1.
- Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas.
