**Main Responsibilities**:
- Support in analyzing and understanding our destinations and clients, including their business models and specific needs.
- Learn and develop a strong understanding of our products and services to assist in upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate in managing customer accounts, including assisting in contract preparation and negotiation processes.
- Help educate clients on product features and functionalities, and how they can support their business goals.
- Participate in the acquisition process of new clients, including initial research and basic risk assessments.
- Assist in market research and analysis to identify commercial opportunities and contribute to business planning.
- Monitor and interpret performance reports with guidance, proposing basic actions in coordination with senior team members.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across different countries to support client needs and internal processes.
- Act as a supportive point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up.
