Are you an energetic and persuasive communicator? Do you love real estate and enjoy helping people find their perfect home in Spain?
**SpainEasy is looking for a part-time Sales Agent** to join our fast-growing international team.

**Your Mission**
You’ll be the first contact for English-speaking leads looking to buy a home in Spain. Your job is to qualify prospects and convert them into clients for our tailor-made property search service no cold calling involved, all leads have contacted us first.

**What You’ll Do**
- Understand each client’s needs and match them with our solutions
- Guide them through our onboarding process and sign them up
- Follow up with prospects and keep our CRM updated
- Collaborate with our property hunters and legal team to ensure smooth handovers

**What We’re Looking For**
- Fluent in **English and** **(Spanish or French)**:

- Strong sales and communication skills
- Comfortable on the phone and confident with follow-up strategies
- Autonomous and highly organized — you’ll manage your own pipeline
- A passion for helping international clients settle in Spain

**What We Offer**
- **Part-time contract - 20 to 25 hours/week**:

- Base salary + **commission per signed client**:

- Flexible work environment - office in Valencia or remote possible

**Important: No cold calling**
All leads are already interested and have contacted us via our website, social media, or partners. Your job is to convert warm interest into happy clients.
