Dutch-Speaking Real Estate Agent – Costa Blanca North Contract: Self-employed (autónomo)Licence Required: API Certified Role Description Luminar Estates is expanding, and we are looking for a motivated, experienced Dutch-speaking Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who already has experience in real estate sales, a solid understanding of the local market, and a strong ability to build trust with international clients—particularly Dutch-speaking buyers and sellers. You will manage your own clients and listings while working closely with a dynamic, supportive team. Key Responsibilities Advise and guide clients through the full buying and selling process Generate and manage property listings Conduct property viewings and negotiations Build long-term relationships with Dutch-speaking and international clients Work independently while collaborating with the wider team Requirements & Qualifications Fluent Dutch (native or professional level) – essential Fluent in English and Spanish – mandatory Self-employed status Valid driver's licence Strong customer service mindset Excellent communication and negotiation skills Good knowledge of the local real estate market and trends Ability to work independently and proactively Why Join Luminar Estates?
