Hudl's **Revenue Operations and Enablement Team** is focused on unlocking efficiency and increasing productivity through the creation, and continual improvement of a defined best practice for how all client-facing roles execute activities within all phases of the revenue cycle. This is done through four pillars of focus:
- Defining what the best practice is where none exists
- Driving adoption of these best practices
- Assessing the results, gathering feedback, and finding ways to improve
- Taking a change initiative to the field to embed into the defined set of best practices
We're currently looking for a **Revenue Operations Associate - Customer Success Operations**, whose mission will be driving the effectiveness and efficiency of our Customer Success team, with the ultimate goal of improving the productivity and efficiency of the team so that the ambitious growth goals are met.
The purpose of the Elite Customer Success department at Hudl department is to provide the best customer experience possible which in turn will result in increased annual recurring revenue retention and expansion.
You will be the Customer Success trusted partner and go-to person, focus on deploying and improving operational efficiencies, supporting processes implementations that scale, operationalizing improvements to the customer journey, to help ensure we build seamless end-to-end customer experience. You will also support data and reporting requests, deal support management, change management projects and activities tied to yearly planning.
We are currently looking for someone to join our team in Barcelona, Spain, or remotely.
**You Are**:

- **Experienced**: experience in an operations and/or revenue operations role within SaaS business. Understanding of Customer Success frameworks, tools and processes is preferred. Experience with Customer Success platforms is a huge plus.

- **Data driven**: strong analytical skills to guide global head of value delivery to take the right decisions. You have data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting skills experience. Excellent Excel and Salesforce skills.
- **Process oriented**:you have a passion for designing processes that scale; you are able to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions.
- **An excellent communicator. **You are able to develop world-class presentations and/or education materials.
- **Confident**. You have a high level of confidence working with sales, leadership, and other senior stakeholders.
- **Proactive**. You take a high degree of ownership over tasks and projects proactively, identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions.
