- The Department:

- The Country Management department is responsible for optimising development and driving performance to maximize the local market potential of all brands and products.

- Purpose of the role:

- The Brand executive will be part of the Spain Brand Team reporting to the Senior Brand and Content Manager collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on the development and management of the local brand strategy.
- This role will provide ad-hoc support and guidance to the Spanish market and work closely with our country partners. The Brand executive will be a brand guardian within the company and will be responsible for understanding and covering all teams needs in regards to brand activations and creative coordination. Their focus will be to embed solid working relationships across the business and partners, championing best practice brand execution and collaborating also with the content team to develop 360º brand campaigns.
- You will be responsible for:

- Ensure best in class brand exposure on all internal and external activations
- Be a 360º brand guardian and guarantee brand positioning
- Coordinate creative development and be a link between internal stakeholders and the creative department
- Collaborate with the local content team to align brand and content (blog, social media ) strategies
- Collaborating in “thinking out of the box” and help the brand team to innovate
- Work closely with the Global Brand Team to ensure efficiencies and bring to the country the best global activations
- Oversee the production of creative executions across all channels, ensuring alignment/consistency with the over-arching creative platform and brand positioning.
- Champion the brand both internally and with partners, ensuring that all activity is aligned with compliance standards / guidelines.
- Regular monthly and weekly reporting (performance KPIs, brand tracking, ).
- Run quarterly brand reviews.
- Monthly competitors analysis and market trends

- You will have (Essential skills):

- Experience of working in an innovative brand team and coordinating different stakeholders
- Experience of managing creative advertising campaigns (from initial concept to execution).
- Experience of working in a global / multi-territory brand environment
- Experience of working in a multi-channel environment (TV, radio, digital, sponsorship, PR, Social)
- Creative thinking and ability to collaborate with other stakeholders
- Experience of working with marketing budgets with a key focus on ROI.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in both Spanish and English

- It would be a bonus if you also had (Desirable skills):

- Educated to degree level with a qualification in Marketing.
- Experience from a sports and/or betting background.
- Experience and passion in sports and esports.
- Experience in activating sponsorship properties
- Excellent project management and presentation skills.
