Global CRM Manager

This role will report directly to the Global Head of Marketing and be responsible for managing the marketing to our existing customer base across all channels and segments. We are looking for somebody who has a proven track record of working backwards from the customer and implementing tactics that drive customer value and business growth.

Your daily tasks will entail:
- CRM strategy and segmentation management: Ensuring the correct segmentation is in place to manage our customer lifecycle stages- Team management: Shaping our CRM team and managing the performance and development of the people within- CRM capabilities management: Working with our embedded operations team to ensure we have the correct CRM capabilities in place to enable automation and personalization- Budget management: Delivering the annual customer budget and managing variances throughout the year- Analysis and insight: Conducting analysis across all customer data both from a near-term performance perspective and longer-term cohort evolution. Also, managing WBR and MBR processes to ensure correct input and output metrics- Channel mix: Defining the correct channel approach for repeat customers by segment- Database management: Working with our internal database team to ensure our customer database is set up in a compliant and usable way

What we expect from you:
- A growth mindset to help prioritize impactful initiatives to support Printful’s goal of becoming the #1 print-on-demand company globally- A customer-centric approach because we believe that working backwards from the customer is essential across the business but especially relevant in this role- The desire to be a strong customer advocate within the business and serve as the internal voice of the customer from a marketing perspective- The ability to identify areas of collaboration and improvement across other business areas- 8+ years of CRM experience within an ecommerce environment, including management positions- Strong understanding of CRM technologies, including CRMs and automation specifically- Experience with customer loyalty schemes is a benefit but not essential
