**Position**

As Feasibility Manager, you will develop, implement, and ensure an effective feasibility strategy and process aligned to the local and global goals.

By gathering and using data & insights from different sources, you will identify potential new sites and investigational teams for the different therapeutic areas of our Clinical Trials portfolio. For the existing sites, you will maximize our engagement and collaboration reinforcing Novo Nordisk position as key partner.

In alignment with other internal functions, you will play a key role in the process of ‘Trial Portfolio Review’ generating the inputs that will support the decisions on trial allocation to the country.
- Build and maintain a sound knowledge of historical performance, patient treatment pathways, competitor trials, patient networks, advisory groups, and country clinical research environment for new and established therapy areas
- Develop and execute an optimal, efficient, and effective feasibility process and be the Expert in the area.
- Establish and drive an effective collaboration with all internal stakeholders at local, Regional and Global level
- Proactively engage with relevant external stakeholders such as KOLs, Site Staff or Hospital administrations to leverage our opportunities.
- Ensure continuous improvement and innovation of processes and ways of working through analysis and evaluation and in order to maximize our efficiency

**Qualifications**
- University Degree in life science. Additional education specialized in Clinical Research will be an advantage.
- Strong proven experience conducting clinical trials and ideally participating in functions such as site identification & selection, site engagement, feasibility
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Ability to communicate with impact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at different levels.
- Strategical mindset: capacity to gather and analyse data to generate insights to support the decision making. Ability to integrate different perspectives to come up with an aligned plan that meets business goals.
- Global view of the whole drug life cycle.

**About The Department**
You will join our newly Start-up team, a group of specialised and dedicated professionals aimed to provide a strong performance of feasibility and contracts processes. Beyond this team, you will be part of a broader unit named CDC (Clinical Development Center) that covers Spain, France, and Portugal. As part of this team, you will get to collaborate with a wide range of colleagues such as CRAs, Trial Managers, CTAs, Feasibility Managers and other cross-functional departments.
