Responsibilities Manage the general pipeline of the Department , ensuring alignment across all design projects. Oversee high-level summary planning and the creation of detailed planning per project in coordination with each Project Manager. Lead the strategic analysis of new projects , assessing programs, necessities, and requirements, and preparing the Pre-Design package in coordination with external commercial consultants (including NDA/RFP/Agreements templates, research and proposal for new consultants, pre-concept process preparation, and comparisons). Coordinate and compile information for Design and Brand Standards, liaising with external consultants and supporting their implementation. Assess and support the creation and preparation of the Design Management Plan , coordinating with external consultants as required. Lead the creation of models for feasibility studies , defining program parameters (FOH/BOH ratios, number of F&B outlets, number of keys, room mix, and requirements in coordination with local architects), and researching and implementing new platforms/software for feasibility studies, unified reports, status, and real-time data per project. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Design, Engineering , or a related field. 10+ years of experience in a design, planning, or strategy role, preferably within hospitality, development, or real estate sectors. Proven experience collaborating within cross-functional teams , including Architecture & Design Senior Manager, Interior Design Senior Manager, Cost Manager, and Senior Project Managers in Greece and Iberia, as well as external stakeholders such as Technical Office Directors, Permits Directors, Operations Committee, and Sales Department. Demonstrated ability to lead the analysis and research for brand evolution and continuous improvement, directly aligned with the company’s expansion and growth objectives. Experience supporting external consultants in the implementation of processes and action plans, ensuring smooth adaptation and transition of departments during expansion phases. Willingness to travel on average once per month and to participate actively in the creation of new models for future projects, including brand standards improvements, feasibility studies, and analysis based on more efficient platforms. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Design, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in a design, planning, or strategy role, preferably within hospitality, development, or real estate sectors. Proven experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and with external stakeholders as described above.
