As we expand with new Resort openings on an almost annual basis, our core purpose remains the same: encouraging guests to experience the Magic of togetherness as the World’s Leading Family & Beach Resort.Whether you’re looking for a strong career path in the hospitality industry, to learn new skills that will set you apart from the competition or to develop meaningful relationships and grow personally and professionally, our safe, strong, and sustainable environment might just be the perfect place for you.ResponsibilitiesManage thegeneral pipeline of the Department , ensuring alignment across all design projects.Overseehigh-level summary planningand the creation ofdetailed planning per projectin coordination with each Project Manager.Lead thestrategic analysis of new projects , assessing programs, necessities, and requirements, and preparing thePre-Design packagein coordination with external commercial consultants (including NDA/RFP/Agreements templates, research and proposal for new consultants, pre-concept process preparation, and comparisons).Coordinate and compile informationfor Design and Brand Standards, liaising with external consultants and supporting their implementation.Assess and supportthe creation and preparation of theDesign Management Plan , coordinating with external consultants as required.Lead thecreation of models for feasibility studies , defining program parameters (FOH/BOH ratios, number of F&B outlets, number of keys, room mix, and requirements in coordination with local architects), andresearching and implementing new platforms/softwarefor feasibility studies, unified reports, status, and real-time data per project.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inArchitecture, Design, Engineering , or a related field.10+ years of experiencein a design, planning, or strategy role, preferably within hospitality, development, or real estate sectors.Proven experiencecollaborating within cross-functional teams , including Architecture & Design Senior Manager, Interior Design Senior Manager, Cost Manager, and Senior Project Managers in Greece and Iberia, as well as external stakeholders such as Technical Office Directors, Permits Directors, Operations Committee, and Sales Department.Demonstrated ability tolead the analysis and researchfor brand evolution and continuous improvement, directly aligned with the company’s expansion and growth objectives.Experiencesupporting external consultantsin the implementation of processes and action plans, ensuring smooth adaptation and transition of departments during expansion phases.Willingness totravel on average once per monthand to participate actively in the creation of new models for future projects, including brand standards improvements, feasibility studies, and analysis based on more efficient platforms.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Design, Engineering, or a related field.10+ years of experience in a design, planning, or strategy role, preferably within hospitality, development, or real estate sectors.Proven experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and with external stakeholders as described above.What to expect from usBecoming a member of an organization that cares about its people, the environment, and the local communities.Have room to grow and develop via numerous opportunities for learning, professional development, and career advancement.Certainly not “just another job”, but a place where people connect for life, and the work that they do means so much to both guests and colleagues alike.Job safety and security in a continuously expanding and dynamic organization.Competitive remuneration package.If this looks like the right job for you, send your CV in English and join our growing team xsgfvud Seniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: DesignIndustry: HospitalityNote: This job description may have been trimmed to remove non-essential boilerplate while preserving core responsibilities and qualifications.#J-18808-Ljbffr
