**Start Date**: As soon as possible

**Duration of Programme**: 300 hours (or depending on university arrangement) as this is a working student contract.

**Requirements**: Currently studying a business-related degree at university. Must be fluent in Spanish. Capability in English is desired but not mandatory.

**Locations**: Calle de la Basílica, 19 2º B, 28020 Madrid.

**Important to note**: This is a paid internship.

**What's the role?**

As our Office Support Intern you’ll be office-based at least 3 days a week, providing administrative support to your colleagues in Spain & Italy with a focus on Client Services and Fulfilment functions.

This will include:

- Assist Learning Event Coordinators in the set up and support of client workshops in the office including the set-up of meetings rooms
- Process orders to be delivered to clients In Spain & Italy that will include journals, colour blocks and other materials for the events
- Manage office supplies and monitor levels to order more materials like paper and toner with suppliers when required
- Support events that take place in the office by preparing the room, order catering, assisting the facilitator, learners and participants, cleaning service and greeting people at reception
- Prepare legal documents for Spanish funding for training
