Our materials are produced locally and made from either vegetal, recycled or biodegradable fibers. We develop and supply our quality driven PYRATEX® fabrics to other brands through collaborations.

**Descripción del puesto**:
We are looking for an intern to assist the Office & Logistics Manager at our Madrid office. This person would be responsible for the preparation and shipment of Stock orders and Swatches (fabric samples) to our customers, who are Fashion brands.

Be a part of a young international team where you will assist to:

- Preparation of swatches to possible clients.
- Support on stock orders prepared by the warehouse.
- Be responsible for sending and receiving shipments. Management of the documentation and paperwork.
- Management of the showroom. Ensure the correct presentation of Showroom & Office, prepare specific samples and/or products for Client visits and update the samples.

PYRATEX® is a start-up company. This internship allows you to work directly with all departments and clients and understand all facets of the Textile Industry.

**Perfil**:
We are looking for people who have
- High English level C1 - C2 (all communication within PYRATEX is in English).
- Previous experience in a showroom, logistics or as an office manager is a plus
- A person who loves working with his/her hands and with high attention to detail.
- Someone who is organised, a team-player and dynamic.
- Must have a basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Suite.
- Someone who is passionate about Sustainability and Fashion
