Showroom Supervisor

**Position**:
**Your role will be**:
Sample Room / Showroom management:

- Manage daily samples request from the different Departments.
- Upload all the new samples inventory provided by the Development team in Fashion GPS.
- Inventory and shipment of the Leather Goods samples for Shows and Buying Sessions. In Paris, inventory of the RTW, Soft Accessories and Shoes.
- Oversee partial inventories of the Samples Room andseasonal archiving of sample collections.

Fashion Show/ Buying sessions Support
- Support Visual Merchandising during the set-up of the Showroom.
- Control of the samples during the Buying Session, following requests from PR International.
- Control of samples post buying session. Split of the RTW collection between Press and Production and delivery of the collection to Ecommerce for their shooting

Shoots & Content Creation
- Collaboration with Brand and Production team to assess sample availability and allocation for content creation, according to yearly calendar
- Responsible of the shipment of products for Ad Campaign and Lookbook shoots, following Creative Director, Stylist and Design team selection

**Profile**:
**What is important for the role**:

- 4 years’ experience in sample flow coordination, ideally acquired in the luxury industry
- English is our business language, while French would be beneficial but not a must.
- Strong computer skills with command of Microsoft Office and Fashion GPS.
- Strong organizational and time management skills and working to tight deadlines.
- Product & Fashion sensibility.
- Proactive and curious - a very quick learner
- Able to work under pressure
- Availability to travel on a regular basis, during unsociable hours
