About the role

The Finance & Strategy team at Revolut is more than just number crunching — it’s about driving financial intelligence to power our global expansion. This team plays a pivotal role in shaping our strategy, supporting key business decisions, and ensuring financial efficiency as we scale.

As we continue our mission to launch banking entities across the globe, we're looking for a Finance & Strategy Manager to lead financial modelling for our expansion roadmap.

What you'll be doing
- Owning financial modelling for new banking entities, optimising for ROE maximisation based on local and group requirements
- Supporting license submissions from a finance perspective, including handling Q&A with regulators
- Leading business planning, strategic financial planning, and forecasting (monthly reviews, forecasts, annual budget, and long-range plan)
- Conducting scenario and in-depth ad-hoc financial analyses to support decision-making on market expansion
- Developing insightful financial frameworks to analyse revenue, margins, and profitability across countries, customer segments, and products
- Driving growth and assessing new product and regional expansion opportunities, including business case evaluations, pricing strategies, and financial feasibility analyses
- Working on high-impact special projects for the CFO

What you'll need
- 3+ years of experience in investment banking, venture capital/private equity, strategy consulting, or finance roles at a top-tier company
- Expertise in financial modelling and data analysis using SQL and MS Excel
- A robust understanding of corporate finance, accounting, and financial reporting standards
- A proven ability to deliver results in a cross-functional, high-growth environment
- Exceptional communication skills to build a solid business case and influence decision-making

Nice to have
- Experience in finance and strategy or strategic finance within a fast-growing fintech or tech scale-up
- A CFA, MBA, or other relevant industry certification
- Domain expertise in one of the following areas: banking and credit, card payments, wealth and trading, crypto, or insurance
