The Finance team keeps Revolut moving with clarity and confidence. From accounting to strategic support, they work across the business to assess risk, guide decisions, and drive growth. Their insight shapes everything from daily operations to long-term plans and plays a key role in how we scale.
We're looking for a Finance and Strategy Manager (Modelling) to help us solve the toughest problems in our global fintech. Someone to roll up their sleeves and dive into every area of our business to help millions of customers worldwide.

**What you'll be doing**
- Building and optimising scalable processes to support Revolut’s continued hyper-growth
- Managing and improving the internal financial analytics suite
- Developing dashboards to help leadership understand company performance
- Performing detailed P&L analysis and diving into financial statements to uncover key business drivers
- Scoping and prioritising stakeholder requirements, and converting them into actionable development tasks
- Identifying strategic risks and opportunities using data-driven insights
- Collaborating with designers and developers to build internal products that enable better decision-making
- Supporting long-term planning, financial forecasting, and central performance tracking
- Engaging with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, including exposure to the CEO
**What you'll need**
- 1-3 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of financial concepts, including the P&L, balance sheet, and basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in SQL
- A proven track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end
- An analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components
**Nice to have**
- Experience in finance and strategy or strategic finance within a fast-growing fintech or tech scale-up
- An ACA or relevant financial qualification
