**Tu misión**:
Como Digital Country Business Manager te encargarás de maximizar las oportunidades por país con una visión 360.
**Tus funciones principales serán**:
Elaboración en conjunto con tu Business Partner de los objetivos anuales del mercado, basado en tendencia y potenciales crecimientos en tráfico, conversión y otras oportunidades comerciales.
Definir y coordinar la ejecución de las principales palancas de crecimiento para el país durante el año: Promociones locales, métodos de pago relevantes, funcionalidades web, inversiones en tráfico
**Seguimiento semanal de los principales KPI’S**: Budget, Orgánico, Conversión, Tráfico, ATV, UPT, CTR. Implementación acciones diarias para la consecución del resultado.
Optimización de la conversión local del mercado a través de una estrategia comercial en la ordenación en los grids de producto.
**Optimización espacios web por mercado**: Grid, Pdp, Recomendador, Buscador, Home, Menú y Filtros.
Cooperar con las áreas de tráfico, crm y brand para asegurar la alineación referente a producto y comunicaciones.
Optimización SEO en el mercado.
Seguimiento del calendario comercial por mercado, detectando posibles riesgos e implementando acciones para minimizarlos.
