**Would you like to contribute to this as Residence Manager in Seville?**

**Job description**:

- You manage a team of residential staff, suppliers and contractors
- You ensure that the operations of the building, as well as the technical aspects, run smoothly
- You assist the team in the day-to-day customer service
- You monitor the collection of the rental fees
- You are responsible for the on
- and offline sales and marketing of your residence
- You create lasting relationships with colleges, universities, other partners, etc.
- You use your commercial insight and local network to secure full occupancy throughout the entire year
- You'll report weekly to the Country Manager of Iberia

**Your profile**:

- You have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in the Hospitality or Tourism Industry
- You speak Spanish, as well as English
- You know the basics of customer service
- You're proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Google Ads and online marketing
- You know how to make reports, a long-term planning and how to prepare budgets
- You know how to manage and lead a team
