DESCRIPCIÓN
Our customer, an international holding company leader in the field of gaming is looking for a **LEAD SYSTEMS ANALYST (INSTANT TICKET R&D TEAM) **for their offices in Barcelona working 50% remotely.
**Responsibilities***:
- Work collaboratively as a Systems Analysis leader on a high performing, geographically dispersed R&D team which focuses on building highly performant, reliable and secure systems, with a focus on driving value for our product line and customers.
**Role Description***:
- Have proven experience using the Visual Paradigm suite as a tool for technical documentation of an enterprise class system.
- Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements.
- Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow.
- Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements.
- Work with Quality Engineering to define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process.
- Develop and maintain documentation of all processes and training as needed.
- Develop and implement system maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms.
- Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance.
- Elaborate on business processes and technical requirements for downstream developer consumption (data flows, UML, SoaML, etc.).
- Lead and managing a team of systems analysts and coordinate activities with the Business Analysts assigned.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience working with information technologies and systems analysis.
- Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
- Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with TOGAF based enterprise systems development.
- Experienced with the use of Visual Paradigm as a tool for capturing and documenting technology artifacts, from business process mapping through the full lifecycle of software and systems development.
- Working knowledge of a wide variety of programming languages and technical analysis tools.
- Experienced working in an Azure cloud environment.
- Experienced working in a fast-paced, Agile and DevOps focused systems development environment.
