We are looking for an **HR Employee Support with Dutch** based in **Cornellá (Barcelona)**.
- The MyHR Associate Employee Support is an employee facing role assisting employees with a variety of HR related inquires as well as triaging inquiries to assign to other teams as appropriate. Day to day duties include answering employee inquiries, documenting those inquiries in the Case Management tool, maintaining personnel files, and employee lifecycle administration and papwerwork, as well as various other duties.
- **As HR Employee Support, you will**:

- Receive and respond to general HR questions and concerns from managers and employees.
- Understand and explain HR policies/procedures/processes to provide accurate guidance to employees and managers.
- Create and distribute accurate documents relating to the employee lifecycle. Eg Contracts of employment, onboarding checks, employment letters, leaves of absence etc.
- Develop core competency in HR tools and programs to be able to support employees and managers in day-to-day activities and encourage direct access.
- Support manager and employee understanding and execution of day-to-day HR processes: ensure cases are handled efficiently and accurately escalated when appropriate.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant HR related data such as absences, bonus and leaves.
- Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information in accordance with Company policies.
- Escalate cases where needed to CoEs (Benefits, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Experience, Learning & Development, etc. or other roles within MyHR to improve and streamline HR processes based on interactions with employees and managers.
- Be the Face of HR to bring the desired employee experience to life by partnering with HR Leaders, CoEs, and HR Partners on case resolution and escalation.
- Instill company philosophy, culture, and core values.

**You will have**:

- Native or very high level of **Dutch and English**. Any other language will be beneficial.
- Customer care experience in a Human Resources setting is a plus.
- Good organization and analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to act independently.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in Workday, or similar HR Role will be as added advantage.
