From Temporing Barcelona we are looking for an HR SUPPORT with high level of English for an important software company located in Barcelona. Responsibilities Acts as direct line support for a designated region enabling recruiters and hiring managers to attract, interview and onboard new Autodesk employees. Support the business with job postings. Schedule Interviews & maintain the calendar invites. Support with candidates interview travel reimbursement. Manage hire processing in Workday. Maintain data integrity, completing process flows and workflows in relevant HR systems including but not limited to Workday, Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency. Run reports as requested by Candidate Support Manager. Requirements 1-2 years of HR related experience. Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Customer Service & Compliance mindset. High level of interpersonal and communication skills at all levels. Excellent organization skills. Stakeholder management skills. Ability to work and adapt to a fast-changing work environment. Ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy challenges. Fluency in English. We offer You will have the opportunity to join a company which is in a growing phase and are continuously looking for new candidates. Temporary contract for 6 months.
