Reporting to the Retail Media Director, you will create impact within our Paid Media team_. _You will work across multiple European markets on a client that is one of the top spenders on Amazon globally.

You'll support the activation, optimisation, and reporting of programmatic campaigns on the Amazon DSP and other retail media networks. At Jellyfish, we are committed to promoting professional growth. Your career path could lead to Retail Media Manager or Programmatic Manager.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Support the daily process of retail media campaigns, with a focus on Amazon DSP.
- Help with campaign setup, trafficking, optimisation, and pacing to ensure full delivery of client budgets.
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights for team members and client presentations.
- Create professional, client-facing materials that communicate campaign performance and recommendations.
- Participate in client meetings and present insights.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in programmatic media.

**Qualifications**
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Around 1 year of experience in programmatic advertising.
- Familiarity with Amazon DSP.
- Comfortable presenting to clients and working in a client-facing role.
- Proficient in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
- Exposure to third-party bid management tools such as Skai, Pacvue or similar.
- You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
- You are great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
- You embrace challenges as opportunities and seek feedback to enhance your skills.
