Amazon Flex works directly with independent contractors – called delivery partners – to make deliveries to our customers. With Amazon Flex, individuals can now be their own boss delivering Amazon packages. Amazon Flex is powered by a mobile app that works in concert with our advanced logistics systems that allows delivery partners to onboard, schedule delivery times, guide them through their deliveries with in-app mapping and navigation, and more.We are seeking an analytical, innovative, hands‑on, and customer‑obsessed Operations Excellence Program Manager to help establish Amazon Flex as the preferred provider, help build our network of Delivery Partners and ensure that we are offering them the support to deliver on our customer promise.Key ResponsibilitiesOwnership of optimizing routing, navigation and map systems.Manage and coordinate large, complicated projects with multiple stakeholders including Product, Technology, Marketing, Legal, PR and Operations.Confidently conduct deep dive analysis and present corrective actions for weekly and monthly business reviews with senior stakeholders.Work with Business Intelligence teams to create robust reporting mechanisms to maximize operational visibility.QualificationsBachelor’s degree.3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross‑functional project experience.Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.Preferred Qualifications3+ years of driving end‑to‑end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.About the TeamWe’re a close‑knit, Australia‑based team spanning Field Operations, Operations Excellence, and Driver Experience functions.
