As a
**Technology**
**Field Applications Engineer**, you will engage with clients to create technical solutions while identifying and building new business using your engineering expertise. You will be expected to re frame their thinking and build consensus for our Battery Management solutions providers, co-creating value by delivering the freedom to innovate.

**Responsibilities**:

- To be an authority on all phases of development for a Battery Management System
- Advise on the implementation of innovative ideas and solutions for assigned clients
- Utilize engineering design skills, techniques, and knowledge to help the client decrease time to market, reduce overall system cost and improve end-product performance
- Utilize a Client Engagement Process to drive design wins to revenue at assigned clients
- Use insight and influencing skills to offer clients unique perspectives on technology solutions
- Identify key client stakeholders and coach them to build consensus for technology suppliers
- Contribute and participate within European engineering team to successfully develop and implement strategies for BMS across the regions
- Communicate effectively with multipleArrow and supplier Business Units for technical assistance and provide quantifiable feedback
- Coach, mentor, and train other engineers as needed for your respected technology
- Assist launches of new product introductions focusing the Battery Management Market

**What We're Looking For**:

- 3+ years of relevant industry experience with Battery Management Systems design, and support
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to work in a multidiscipline matrixed team environment
- A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- Driver license
- Willingness to travel across Europe
