**Sourcing Manager R&D PRO Crop Science**

We are the Sourcing team of goods and services for Research and Development. For the area of Crop Science we are looking for a new team member to help us succeed in developing long term success for our Crop Science division. Research and development is a key to our success as Life Science company. We know that our success is largely supported by our external partners which you will help selecting and developing for a mutual benefit.

In this role you will be a part of an inspiring, diverse team that implements and carries out the respective Category Strategies on a global level to support our vision.

You will work with the key collaborators in R&D Crop Science, our Category Leads as well as a phenomenal international Sourcing team. Our responsibilities cover the whole Sourcing process from Source to Contract.

Also there will be an excellent support for you to succeed. Over 30 R&D Procurement trusted professional with a diverse set of backgrounds will help you to become successful.

- Work with a team of outstanding people
- Build and run global R&D sourcing processes as well as creating significant deals for the benefit of Bayer.
- Improve processes and continuously develop for efficient solutions and balanced development of relationships.
